Pope John XXIII Villas |
13251 Apaloosa Lane, Fort Myers, FL33912 Project Description: TDM Consulting provided engineering and planning services for Pope John XXIII Villas, a multi-family residential development for low income senior citizens. The HUD housing project will provide quality affordable housing for seniors of all faiths. The Diocese of Venice was awarded a grant of $9,724,600.00 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and $600,000.00 from Lee County’s Bonus Density Trust Fund to help construct the project. The 3-story apartment building provides 68 one-bedroom units and is located adjacent to the Blessed Pope John XXIII Catholic Parish in south Fort Myers. The project will also include roadway improvements and extension of water and sewer services lines to the area. |
