This project involved comprehensive interior and exterior remodeling, parking lot redesign, stormwater drainage improvements, and landscape enhancements. The transformation of the existing bank building created functional and modern medical office space. 

A change of use was successfully coordinated by our Senior Planner to allow for medical office occupancy. Our team managed all necessary permitting through Lee County Development Services and the South Florida Water Management District, ensuring full compliance with local and regional regulations.
