Our team provided full civil engineering design, site construction plans, and zoning support for a state-of-the-art fire station, including associated parking, landscaping, stormwater detention, and utility infrastructure. The project included coordination with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for permitting and access, preparation of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS), and development of a Master Concept Plan (MCP).
