Project Description: The Shops at Jamaica Bay is a Mediterranean style retail development located in south Fort Myers, just south of Gladiolus on US 41. This centrally located 19,469 square foot shopping center is home to several businesses including the 4,500 square foot restaurant, Bear Rock Cafe. The commercial development included site design, stormwater management,
utility design and permitting and infrastructure design.
